These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Gritty Kids mobile application (the “App”), the Gritty Kids website, and any related services we provide. By downloading, installing, or using the App or website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App or website.
The App is owned by One4Yes, LLC (“One4Yes”) and operated under an official license from Gritty Kids. References in these Terms to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean One4Yes.
The App is designed for children, but it is intended to be set up and managed by a parent or legal guardian. You must be at least 18 years old to download the App, agree to these Terms, and start or manage any subscription. By using the App with a child, you confirm that you have the legal authority to do so and that you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and your child.
The App offers self-paced puzzle games, learning activities, and related content for children. Most content is bundled with the App and works offline. Some content is delivered over the internet, including content available through the Cart area of the App, and may require a paid subscription to access.
We may add, change, or remove features and content at any time. We do not guarantee that the App, the website, or any specific content will always be available.
The App does not require you or your child to create an account, log in, or provide personal information to play. Subscription entitlement is tied to your Apple ID or Google account through the App Store or Google Play.
Some content and features in the App require a paid subscription. We may also offer a free trial. The current price, billing period, and trial terms are shown in the App at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple through the App Store on iOS and by Google through Google Play on Android, subject to their terms and conditions. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription in the Subscriptions area of your Apple ID or Google account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you cancel during a free trial, you may lose access to subscription content immediately.
All refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their published refund policies. We do not process refunds directly. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support.
Some actions inside the App, including starting a subscription and following links to external websites, are protected by a parental gate. The gate is designed to help ensure that only a parent or guardian, and not a child, can complete the action. You are responsible for keeping the gate effective by not teaching a child how to bypass it.
You agree to use the App and website only for personal, non-commercial purposes and only as permitted by these Terms and applicable law. You agree not to:
The App, the website, and all content, designs, characters, artwork, music, sounds, text, code, trademarks, and logos are owned by Gritty Kids or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for the purposes described in these Terms. No other rights are granted.
“Gritty Kids”, the Gritty Kids logo, and related marks and characters are trademarks of Gritty Kids. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
The App and website rely on third-party services, including the Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat for subscription management, and our hosting providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or their content.
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the App or website, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use them for any purpose without obligation to you.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The App and website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free, or that any defects will be corrected.
The App is an entertainment and learning product. It is not a substitute for professional educational, medical, or psychological advice or services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gritty Kids, One4Yes, and our affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the App or website is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose or (b) twenty US dollars (USD 20).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gritty Kids, One4Yes, and our affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App or website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or website, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, including if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

If you downloaded the App from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App or website after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. For material changes, we may provide additional notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the App will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
